Return Policy

All returns require authorization via RMA.
Authorized products for returns must be unopened and unused stock products. Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase of the products. Returns 30 days after receipt are subject to 20% restocking.
Due to the time and complexity involved in custom jobs, these products are made to order and specific voltage onsite at facility and not eligible to be returned.
In order to provide safe and high-quality products to our customers, please verify and measure voltage on-site before ordering and installing.
Any installed product with incorrect voltage cannot be returned and voids the warranty.
If a return label is requested, it will be deducted from the refund total.
We do our best to help you through the process, so your project is a success and for you and for us!
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any return shipping and return items in the original package.
