1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local freight companies depending on your location and the size of your order.

4. Freight Shipping for Large Orders

Heating panels may be shipped via freight carriers due to size and weight. Curbside delivery is included; white glove or inside delivery services may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) due to package size.
  • Some remote areas may incur additional shipping fees or experience longer delivery times.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • PLEASE IMMEDIATELY INSPECT BOXES FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE & PHOTOGRAPH AREAS OF CONCERN.
  • OPEN AND INSPECT CONTENTS OF SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE & PHOTOGRAPH DAMAGED AREAS IF PRESENT.
  • SIGN TRUCKER’S PAPERWORK or ELECTRONIC DEVICE: MARK BILL OF LADING “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE VERIFIED THE SHIPMENT HAS ARRIVED INTACT WITH NO VISABLE DAMAGE. SIGN and DATE. TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PAPERWORK FOR YOUR RECORDS..
  • IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY SHIPPER & SSHC, INC. (info@sshcinc.com or 1-800-544-5182) IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED or LOST IN TRANSIT.
  • IF DAMAGE IS FOUND, MARK BILL OF LADING- CONCEALED DAMAGE NOTED TO DRIVER. SIGN and DATE. TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PAPERWORK FOR YOUR RECORDS.

8. International Shipping & Customs

    • Import duties, taxes, broker fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
